For Catholic-owned professional practices

Your practice, found. On Google, in AI answers, and in the Catholic community.

Practice Partners is a monthly retainer for realtors, financial advisors, attorneys, dentists, CPAs and other Catholic professionals who want one accountable team handling their website, search visibility, AI-search visibility and reviews — with placement in the largest directory of Catholic-owned businesses in the country.

  • You own the site, the code and the content — from day one
  • Built for SEC, FINRA, state real-estate and Fair Housing rules
  • 44,000+ listings · 24,000 parishes · one directory Catholics already use

From $1,000/month. 6-month initial term, then month-to-month. No leased platforms. No auto-renew traps.

The way clients find a professional has changed. Twice.

AI is now a first stop.

45% of US consumers asked an AI assistant for a local-business recommendation in the past year — up from 6% the year before. Among households earning $150,000 or more, AI has already overtaken Google as the starting point for finding a local business (53% vs 49%). If your practice is not in that answer, you are not in the conversation.

Google answers before anyone clicks.

Google now shows an AI Overview on roughly 40–48% of tracked searches, and AI Mode passed one billion monthly users in July 2026. Being cited inside that answer more than doubles the clicks you get per impression; being merely ranked below it does not.

Catholic families are looking for you specifically.

Search "Catholic realtor near me", "Catholic financial advisor" or "Catholic attorney" and the results are small faith directories and individual practitioners — not Zillow or Avvo. That is a small pond you can own, and Discover Catholic Business is already in it.

You have probably been sold one of these already.

We read several hundred reviews and forum threads from realtors, advisors, attorneys, dentists and CPAs before designing Practice Partners. The same five complaints came up again and again.

"I don't own my own website.""Once you stop paying the monthly fee you lose all the work and data." — dentist, r/Dentistry, Jun 2026. FindLaw, Scorpion and most realtor platforms keep the site when you leave.Your site is a standard Next.js codebase in your GitHub account, deployed to your Vercel project. Leave any time and keep everything.
"The content is the same as 10,000 other advisors.""Paste any of their content into Copyscape and you'll see 10,000 other advisor blogs with the same content." — advisor, r/CFP, Sep 2026.Every post is written for your practice, your city and your specialties, then routed through your compliance reviewer. Nothing syndicated.
"Leads on the report, none in the office.""What's your cost per signed case in the last 90 days? Not cost per lead." — attorney, r/Lawyertalk, Sep 2026.Your monthly report shows inquiries, cost per inquiry, and how many AI answers named you — not traffic charts.
"Twelve-month contract, then they ghosted me.""Impossible to reach anyone. Even their managers will just ghost you." — Luxury Presence review, Trustpilot, Dec 2025.6-month initial term, then 30 days' notice. One person answers your email: the founder. 48-hour request queue on Growth.
"Compliance won't let me."Advisors on broker-dealer platforms routinely have vendor sites rejected. We classify your compliance situation on day one and build the review gate into the schedule. We do not publish a page your reviewer has not approved.

Everything a modern practice needs to be found — plus one thing nobody else can offer.

The Discover Catholic Business network — included in every plan

Premier directory listing

$525/month list price: listed first in your category and city, above every other tier, with a monthly newsletter spotlight and an annual blog post.

A profile and dofollow link from a 38,000+-page directory

Google and AI assistants already crawl DCB and cite it for "Catholic [profession]" queries. Your listing page carries LocalBusiness structured data that points at your site.

Spotlight article and Substack feature

Growth and Authority clients get a spotlight read by Catholic families who go looking for Catholic professionals on purpose.

Parish network

DCB runs 24,000 parish pages and an active parish outreach program; we mention Practice Partners clients where it is relevant and permitted.

Website you own.

Custom-designed, fast (Next.js on Vercel), mobile-first, accessible, with the state-specific disclosures your licence requires already in the footer. IDX embed for realtors where your broker allows it.

Hosting, security, maintenance.

SSL, uptime monitoring, dependency updates, backups, Core Web Vitals checks. No plugins to break.

Local search.

Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp and Facebook aligned; 40 citations built at onboarding; monthly posts and Q&A.

Reviews, done properly.

A uniform review-request system (the only kind the SEC Marketing Rule allows for advisors), drafted responses and recency tracking.

AI-search visibility.

Entity setup (schema, sameAs links to your licence, LinkedIn and DCB profile), AI crawlers allowed, and a monthly AI Visibility Report: 20 real prompts checked across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot — did they name you, did they cite you, who did they name instead.

Content, social, one report.

Two posts a month written for your specialties (Growth), scheduled social with your approval, quarterly ad-account audits, managed ads at Authority. One monthly call, one report, one queue.

Built for practices where one new client is worth thousands.

Practice Partners is priced for owner-operated practices with a clear economic case. It is a good fit if you are:

A good fit

  • A realtor averaging $600,000+ sales, or working a luxury or relocation niche
  • A financial advisor or insurance professional serving households of $500,000+ (independent RIA, or on a broker-dealer that permits vendor websites)
  • An estate-planning, family-law or personal-injury attorney
  • A dentist, orthodontist or physician in private practice
  • A CPA with business clients, a mortgage broker closing five or more loans a month, an architect or custom builder

Not a fit if

  • You are an employee-channel advisor who cannot own a website
  • You want guaranteed leads or rankings — no honest firm can promise those, and for advisors it would break the Marketing Rule
  • You want "Catholic" used as an ad-targeting signal — that is a Fair Housing problem for realtors, and we will not do it for anyone

Not sure? The fit call is 20 minutes, and we will tell you plainly if a $9.99 listing is the better use of your money.

Three plans. One price each. You own everything on all of them.

Six weeks to launch. Then a steady monthly rhythm.

01

Fit call and intake (week 0)

Twenty minutes to confirm the economics work for you. Then a short intake form: licences, brokerage or firm, compliance contact, current accounts. We classify your compliance situation before we quote — SEC or state RIA, FINRA rep, state real-estate rules, bar rules — so there are no surprises.

02

Build and approve (weeks 1–5)

A recorded 45-minute copy interview replaces the questionnaire nobody fills out. We design and build on our template, add your state's required disclosures, and submit the whole site to your compliance reviewer once. Launch within 30 business days of receiving your content and approval, or your onboarding fee comes back.

03

Monthly rhythm (week 6 onward)

Week one: report and call. Weeks two and three: content, listings, reviews, technical checks — through compliance, then live. Week four: your requests and next month's plan. Every month you see inquiries, AI mentions and citations, and the three things we did.

Does one extra client pay for this? Here is the honest arithmetic.

The calculator asks two things: what one new client is worth to you in the first year, and how long a typical client stays. It divides the annual retainer by that value to show how many new clients a year make Practice Partners pay for itself.

Your break-even

Net to you, in dollars

Year one (incl. onboarding)
4
new clients to cover $27,000
Each year after
4
new clients to cover $24,000
On lifetime value
2
new clients a year, at $22,500 each over 3 years

Arithmetic only: it divides the retainer by the value you entered. It does not predict how many clients any plan will produce.

Worked examples using published 2026 numbers (Growth plan, $24,000/yr)

If you are a…One new client, year oneGrowth breaks even at

One more comparison. Advisors already spend a median of $3,800 to acquire one client (Kitces Research, 2023). Mid-market realtors pay $2,500–$8,000 per closed deal from portal leads. Family-law firms pay $1,200–$3,500 per signed case from pay-per-click. Practice Partners is judged against those numbers every month, in writing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this compliant with the SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA 2210?
That is the point of the intake. For RIAs, every page, post and review request goes to your CCO before it is published, testimonials carry the three required disclosures beside the quote (not in a footnote link), there are no performance figures in the template, and we only post to accounts connected to your archive. For FINRA-registered reps, your registered principal pre-approves all static content and we build a 5–10-business-day review window into the calendar. We follow the SEC's December 2025 risk-alert observations and FINRA's current rule; if your firm has a stricter policy, the stricter policy wins.
Realtors: what about my broker, my MLS and Fair Housing?
Your broker approves the site and domain in writing before launch. Your state's display rules (broker name sizing in Texas, licence number in California, brokerage adjacency in Florida, licence-type wording in New York) are built into the footer. IDX only through a broker-approved feed with proper attribution and refresh. Every listing description and caption runs through a Fair Housing phrase check, and we never target ads by religion or any protected class — your Catholic identity describes you, never the buyer or the property. Post-settlement rules (no "free" buyer representation, no compensation offers in IDX) are baked into the copy rules.
What is the contract?
6-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You can cancel in the first 60 days for any reason and keep the site. There is no auto-renew clause and no early-termination fee after month 6.
Why not Wix, Squarespace or my broker-dealer's template site?
Three reasons. First, ownership and portability: a Next.js site in your GitHub account moves anywhere; a builder site does not. Second, speed and technical control: we can ship schema, AI-crawler rules, per-state disclosures and performance fixes in code rather than working around a page builder — and Google's own guidance says page experience and crawlability are what matter for AI features, not any special file. Third, the site is only a third of the retainer; the listings, reviews, AI-visibility reporting and DCB distribution are what a template cannot give you. If a $20 builder genuinely fits your needs, we will tell you on the fit call.
I already have a website. Do I have to rebuild?
No. On Presence we audit and fix what you have, provided we can deploy to it. If it is a leased platform site (FindLaw, Scorpion, most realtor platforms), we cannot do technical work on it and will recommend a rebuild you own.
My brokerage or firm already provides marketing. Why pay for this?
Firm-provided marketing promotes the firm. Practice Partners builds an asset in your name that follows you if you change brokerages or go independent — and it covers the things firm programs rarely do: Bing and Apple listings, AI-answer tracking, a review program, and a presence in the Catholic community where your firm has none.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. We guarantee the launch date, that you own everything, that every month's report shows the work and the inquiries, and — on Authority — that we will not work for a competitor in your market.
What does "AI search optimization" actually involve?
Making your practice easy for AI assistants to recognise, trust and cite: an accurate, consistent presence on the sources they draw from (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp, Facebook, authoritative directories including DCB), a recent-review record, an entity page on your own site that answers the questions people actually ask, and structured data linking it all together. Then we measure it: 20 real prompts a month across four assistants. Google has said publicly that no special file or markup is required for its AI features — so we do not sell you one. We sell the work that the citation studies show correlates with being named.
How many clients do you take?
Practice Partners is delivered by the founder with a small support team. Capacity is roughly a dozen practices, three of them on Authority. When it is full, it is full.
Is Practice Partners only for Catholics?
It is for Catholic-owned or Catholic-aligned practices, because that is who Discover Catholic Business serves and where its distribution helps. Your site and your marketing serve every client you have, of every background — that is how we write them.
What happens if compliance rejects something?
We revise once at no charge. If a reviewer's policy makes a deliverable impossible (some broker-dealers prohibit any social posting, for example), we swap it for an equivalent deliverable rather than bill you for nothing.

From the founder

I built Discover Catholic Business because I could not find a good way to hire Catholic-owned businesses on purpose. Today the directory has more than 44,000+ listings, a sitemap of 38,000+ pages that Google and the AI assistants crawl, 24,000 parishes, and a small but real audience of Catholic families — 43,000 listing pages opened in the last thirty days.

Practice Partners is what I would want if I were a Catholic realtor or advisor: a site I own, one accountable person, a monthly report I can read in five minutes, and a foot in the door of a community that is actively looking for professionals like me. I build the sites myself on the same stack DCB runs on. I do not promise rankings or leads, because no honest firm can. I promise the work, the ownership, and the numbers.

If the arithmetic in the section above works for your practice, book a call. If it does not, list your practice for free and let the directory work for you anyway.

— Zach Corbridge, Founder, Discover Catholic Business
