About
At Sacred Heart Gifts & Apparel, we are more than a store — we are a place where faith meets everyday life. We specialize in Catholic gifts, gold jewelry, religious items, and church supplies for parishes and families. Whether you're preparing for a sacrament or looking for something special, we are here to help with knowledgeable, friendly service.
+My faith is not separate from my business — it is the reason my business exists.
In my twenties, I had a deep conversion back to the Catholic faith. That return changed everything. It reshaped my priorities, my purpose, and ultimately my vocation. What began as a personal spiritual journey became something much bigger — a calling to serve others through my work.
After experiencing such a powerful return to the Church, including having a visionary from Medjugorje experience a vision of the Blessed Mother in my home, I knew my life would never be the same. That moment confirmed for me that our faith is alive, real, and meant to be shared.
When I opened the store, my daughter was just four years old. I was building something rooted in faith, not fully knowing what God had planned for it — or for us. Today, she is my partner in the business.
Watching her grow up alongside the store has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. What started as a step of faith during my conversion has now become part of our family’s legacy. Our business is not just built on Catholic values — it has been lived out in our home, passed down, and strengthened through the years.
Because of that, I don’t see my store as just a retail space.
I see it as a ministry.
Faith plays a role in the way I choose the items we carry. Every statue, rosary, medal, Bible, or sacramental is selected with intention. These aren’t just products — they are tools that help people pray, celebrate sacraments, grieve, give thanks, and grow closer to Christ.
Faith also shapes how I treat customers. Being the only brick-and-mortar Catholic store in my area, I know people come in not just to shop, but to talk, to ask questions, and sometimes to share their stories. I try to meet every person with patience, kindness, and respect — remembering that I am serving Christ in each customer who walks through the door.
My faith guides my decisions, my ethics, and even the atmosphere of the store. I want people to feel peace when they walk in. I want them to feel welcomed, not pressured. I want them to leave encouraged.
Running this business is not just about sales or inventory. It’s about helping people mark important moments in their faith — Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, weddings, and even times of loss. It’s about being part of their spiritual journey.
This store began with my conversion. It has grown with my family. And today, it continues as both a ministry and a mother-daughter partnership rooted in faith.
For that, I am deeply grateful.
