About
Pearl & Thistle equips Catholic families and communities with age-appropriate, faith-rooted education on the body, fertility, and menstrual cycles—integrating theology and science to build lifelong body literacy. We do this through workshops, courses, books, and resources that serve parents, couples, communities, and educators.
+My Catholic faith shapes not only the content of the resources we develop at Pearl & Thistle, but also the way we choose to speak about our work. I am personally deeply indebted to Pope St. John Paul II, especially his theology of the body, for the formation of my own understanding on the dignity of the body and the importance of this work in today's world. I want to make sure that as the science expands and develops, Catholics take the time to ask how this new knowledge can deepen our appreciation and understanding of "woman" and "man."
