I am a Lamaze® certified childbirth educator offering remote, live, private childbirth classes, as well as in-person private and group class opportunities. Curriculum is evidence based and my teaching is centered on increasing confidence and confronting fears. I have a deep understanding of anxiety disorders, perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, and those that carry heavy fear regarding childbirth and/or have had a traumatic birth experience. VBAC educated and supportive.
