The AlexTest is a Cardinal Virtues based personality test to be used as a proper Catholic assessment for recruiters and coaches. It is scientifically validated. Ask me about the flaws of the Myers-Briggs and the Big Five tests. I have also written a paper commenting on a Dominican Theologican asserting that virtues can be used both as psychological markers as well as measures of moral character.
