+Faith is the foundation of how I show up and how I serve, even when it isn’t always named explicitly. My work is rooted in the belief that every person is created with dignity, purpose, and God-given potential, and that dreaming is not selfish—it’s a way of listening for how we are being called to grow.
Faith shapes the way I create space for reflection, encourage discernment, and honor each person’s season of life. I believe God often speaks in the quiet—through longing, curiosity, and the gentle nudges we feel when something is meant for more. My role is not to tell people what their dreams should be, but to help them slow down, listen, and take faithful, intentional steps forward.
While my work is welcoming to people at many stages of faith, my own Catholic faith informs my values, my approach, and my belief that when people align their dreams with intention, service, and courage, both lives and workplaces are transformed.
